Downloads

To ensure data is reporting correctly, so you can get your supplies orders and updated counters, we recommend the following steps:

​

 

  1. Download the latest version from https://services.3manager.com/Downloads/Agents/Latest?type=ExeInstaller
     

  2. Run the file and choose Uninstall
     

  3. Once uninstalled, run the file again and choose Install


This process has proven to restore the connection and get reporting back up and running.
